Back Pain - May create difficulty with increasing age

Back pain is very common problem among in all. Estimated, about 75% people are suffered from the problem. The main cause of it strains and sprains.

There is no particular age of the problem. But, if it has occurred, then may create difficulty increasing age more and more.

Common Cause:

  • Overuse working out or lifting too much

  • Prolonged sitting and lying down, sleeping in an uncomfortable way

  • Improper way of sitting

  • Injured muscles, tendons and ligaments

  • Sometimes, sneezing, coughing, twisting or bending over

  • Methods to reduce Back pain:

  • Ice pack wrapped in a towel directly to reduce inflammation

  • Eat whole grains

  • Dietary methods also help to pain

  • Drinking water especially CHERRY JUICE relive muscle pain


Foods to avoid:

  • Avoid sugar containing foods

  • Oily foods especially which contain omega-6 fatty acids

  • Chemical foods or processed foods. These easy to make foods are poison for health as well as back pain

  • Fast foods are highly containing oil and sugar components, so avoid them strictly. They increased weight which is main cause of back pain

  • Red meat

  • Dairy products like curd, sour cream etc.
