As I watched the sun set behind the Himalayas, I couldn't help but feel amazed at the beauty before me. The colors were so intense, it was as if you could reach out and touch them. As the last rays of the sun disappeared, a deep violet color filled the sky, and then gradually, the colors blended into each other, until all that was left was a deep blue. It was truly mesmerizing.

I had been waiting years to witness this natural phenomenon, and I was not going to let anything stop me. The sun was sinking behind the mountains in the west, casting a warm glow over the valleys in the east. Every valley and peak was ablaze with color, and the sky was a deep blue. The air was crisp and cold, but I didn't care. I had found my place, my moment. I don't remember how I managed to get there, but I was standing at the top of the highest peak in the lower Himalayas of Garhwal region—Lal Tibba. It wasn't easy getting there; it was an arduous hike up a steep mountain path. But I didn't care. I had finally reached my destination. The view from the peak was astounding.

I could see all of the lower Himalayan ranges—the Garhwal and Kumaon ranges in the east, the Dhauladhar range in the north, and the Shivalik range in the west. I could see Mussoorie in the south, and all of its beautiful snow-capped mountains. And beyond Mussoorie lay the vast valley of Kashmir. But my attention was focused on something else entirely. In the distance, I could see a thin line of light stretching across the sky like a ribbon. It looked like a line of fire, but as I got closer I realized that it wasn't fire at all—it was a photographic line, a ray of sunlight refracting in the winter sky. It was only visible in Mussoorie during winter months, and it was believed to occur due to refraction of sunlight during the winter months Apart from Mussoorie this line can be seen only in Switzerland. But for me, this was special—

It was my moment, and I would never forget it.
